From trailblazing athletes who broke barriers to Little League champions separated by 60 years of history, Hudson County celebrated the remarkable individuals and unforgettable moments that have shaped its sport legacy at the 2026 Hudson County Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Hosted on Thursday, October 8, at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, the evening brought together generations of athletes, families, and community leaders to honor the county’s sporting past while inspiring its future.

Hudson County Executive Craig Guy joined Board of County Commissioner Chairman Anthony Romano, Commissioner Kenneth Kopacz, and community members to recognize 14 inductees and two special award recipients whose achievements have left a lasting mark on Hudson County and beyond. The Class of 2026 represents the talent, determination, and resilience that have made Hudson County a proud home to generations of extraordinary athletes.
