JERSEY CITY – Mayor Steven M. Fulop will join 21 Jersey City probationary firefighters from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at the Morris County Police and Fire Training Academy, 500 West Hanover Avenue, Parsippany.

Mayor Fulop will spend the morning training with the firefighters to experience firsthand what Jersey City’s bravest undergo on a daily basis. Part of the training will also include Mayor Fulop participating in a “live burn” to experience the hot and smoky conditions in which firefighters work.
