Norton Manor condominiums, 23-25 Duncan Ave, Jersey City. A workforce housing complex for working families in Jersey City, the Mary Norton Manor condominiums is an initiative brought forth by the Jersey City Redevelopment Authority (JCRA) and the City of Jersey City that enables working families to own their own homes at affordable mortgage rates thereby enriching Jersey City’s quality-of-life with residents who work and live in the community.
