This was the line in front of Carlo’s Bakery on Washington Street in Hoboken at 5pm on Saturday, March 19th. Home to Buddy Valastro and the CakeBoss Family.

Jersey City Greenville resident Elizabeth Deegan is organizing a Jersey City photo contest that will end in a group exhibition tentatively scheduled for May, and she’s currently looking for entries.
“The contest is open to all, whether you live in Jersey City or not, so long as the images submitted are of Jersey City,” she writes in an email. “I am looking for color, black & white, vintage or new – all styles and skill levels, as well as all ages. Prints are preferable but digital submissions are of course welcome too.”
The contest is free to enter, and the deadline is April 9. Project Greenville website for more details or email her at projectgreenville (at) gmail.com.
