- A June 9th letter from Mayor Bhalla’s office to Kevin Corbett, Executive Director of New Jersey Transit, stating a primary preference for adaptive reuse in the building’s current location, and a secondary preference for the careful demolition and reconstruction of the building at an alternative site under specified conditions to ensure the preservation of the structure and its character-defining features.
- Communications with the Governor’s office requesting to extend the DCA deadline.
The City will keep residents informed of developments and City actions as this process unfolds and continue efforts to preserve this structure of historic significance to Hoboken’s industrial past.
