The Enhanced Patient Access Representative (PAR) program provides participants with a basic understanding of the healthcare delivery system, the role of the Patient Access Representative, and the tools needed to administer exceptional customer service in a medical office or hospital setting. The five-module program is tailored for individuals with little or no experience in the healthcare field, who wish to pursue an entry-level career. Accredited by the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM), those who complete the program are eligible to take the NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) credential exam.  HCCC provides assistance in job placement.
