Kumar, 33, found that — and much more — at Trump Plaza Residences Jersey City where the walk to the PATH Exchange Place station is two to three minutes and the ride to the World Trade Center stop is all of 45 seconds. Even the commute to Midtown, where his wife, Lakshmi, 30, works, is easier than from downtown Manhattan: a five-minute walk to the PATH Grove Street Station and a 15-minute ride to 33rd Street.
