Sansone announced that the College has scheduled the Fourth Annual Hudson County Community College 2011 Alumni Celebration for 7:00 p.m. on Monday evening, November 7. <p>HCCC President Dr. Glen Gabert explained that the focused sessions were developed to provide individuals thinking of studying at the College with an opportunity to take a good look at areas that are of particular<br />
interest to them. â€œMembers of our faculty and staff will be on-hand to acquaint attendees with the course offerings and degree and certificate programs in each of these areas, as well as the financial aid and student support services we provide,â€ Dr. Gabert said.</p>
<p>Another session will be held at the Collegeâ€<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />s new North Hudson Higher Education Center at 4800 Kennedy Boulevard in Union City on Thursday, November 10, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The newly opened campus is adjacent to the Bergenline Light Rail Transit Center and connected to that transit hub via a bridge to the North Hudson Centerâ€<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />s third floor. The North Hudson session will give prospective students the chance to see the â€œcomplete campus under one roof,â€ which includes: the Enrollment Center (Bursarâ€<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />s, Financial Assistance, Testing &amp; Assessment, Academic Advisement and Tutorial Services offices); bookstore; Community Education (non-credit) office; Student Lounge/Cyber CafÃ©; Fitness Room; language labs; general classrooms with SmartBoards; Art Studio, Film &amp; Music Studies Room, and Biology and Chemistry labs.
