2) The Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor (the former Military Ocean Terminal) – the wooded area at the western end between Route 440, the access road, and Centre Street

3) Northwestern corner of Bayonne – area west of Sunset Avenue from 54^th Street to 56^th Street; the area between the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 440; the area within the Turnpike, Route 440, and the Conrail line; and the area on the North side of the Conrail line and the Eastern side of the Route 440 ramp
