Jersey City Resident Kathy Oduro Kwarten Honored as Employee of the Quarter

(Paramus, NJ) Kathy Oduro Kwarten of Jersey City has been named the Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2012 at Bergen Regional Medical Center.

 Kathy, a Senior Patient Access Representative, has been described by her supervisor as being an, “extremely loyal, dedicated and compassionate employee. Kathy goes over and above her job responsibilities to assist where needed. She is well liked and respected by her peers as well as her fellow team members. When staffing issues arise, Kathy is one of the first employees to offer her services and time. She always puts the needs of our patients above her own needs.”

 Kathy was nominated by her peers and selected by the hospital’s Employee Recognition Committee for her dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm, service excellence and strong work ethic in serving the patients at Bergen Regional Medical Center.
