ART HOUSE PRODUCTIONS Announces the 3rd Annual SNOW BALL

SNOW BALL CELEBRATION OF ART

 Art House Productions presents the third annual Snow Ball, a sparkling champagne formal in celebration of Art
House’s innovative arts programs in Jersey City.  This event will raise
funds for Art House Productions’ upcoming theater season, poetry series, music events, classes, publishing projects, and citywide festival, JC Fridays.

The Snow Ball will be held at Art House Productions’ arts space at
Hamilton Square, 1 McWilliams Place, Roof (indoors), Jersey City on
Saturday, January 24th, 2009 from 8pm-12am.  Tickets are $50/$60 at the door, and may be purchased online at www.arthouseproductions.org. Dress is “black tie creative.”

ABOUT THE HONOREE
This year, Art House Productions will honor the Jersey City Economic
Development Corporation/Urban Enterprise Zone Program (Roberta Farber, Director), for its exemplary support of AHP’s endeavors, most notably as a Major Sponsor of the immensely popular citywide festival, JC Fridays.

ABOUT THE ENTERTAINMENT
The Snow Ball will feature live jazz performed by the Bryan Beninghove Trio, led by renowned musician and local favorite, Bryan Benninghove.  The later part of the evening will feature DJ George “Soul” Fernandez spinning a wide range of tunes from funk and soul to rock.

ABOUT THE DONORS

additional food provided by Madame Claude Café and the Eyes Café.

ABOUT ART HOUSE PRODUCTIONS
Art House Productions has brought cutting-edge theatre, spoken word, music and mixed-media performance to Jersey City, NJ since September 2001.
Recent projects include the acclaimed, multimedia premiere in June 2008 of the original play, Sea Story, and The Art House monthly performance series featuring nationally-recognized poets.  Art House Productions also directs JC Fridays, a citywide celebration offering free arts programs to the general public at the start of every season.
