The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued their Final Environment Impact Study (FEIS) two weeks ago approving of Spectra’s plans to build a pipeline through the heart of Jersey City to deliver gas to Manhattan. For those not familiar with the plans, you can find a map of the route as well as other information on the NO Gas Pipeline WEBSITE.
