  At a dinner dance held January 28th at The Venetian in Garfield, NJ, the Liberty Board of Realtors honored the area’s top producing Real Estate professionals for the 2016 production year. These individuals are selected to receive the Circle of Excellence Sales  Award based on successful completion of a minimum number of transactions that generate qualifying dollar levels of sales.  EXIT On The Hudson Realty of Bayonne is pleased and proud to announce that eight members of their sales staff have received that honor (In alphabetical order) :

Chun “Wilson” Cheng, Esteban Estevez, Disheng “Dee” Huang, Anita Jakubowski, Carmella Laudando, Kathlene Meadows, Rumbidzayi “Rumbi” Padzarondora and Annette Rubin. 

     This is the first year that the company had this many award winners. Annette Rubin, franchise owner and Broker of Record of EXIT On The Hudson Realty said, “ I am extremely proud of my staff for both their individual and collective hard work. This is no small achievement.”  Mrs. Rubin attributed the success to several factors. “Foremost is the company culture we operate with. We don’t compete against each other – our goal is to work together for the best interest of our clients, You seldom achieve success in this industry without putting the client first.”  She also stressed that skill-set training and continuing education of the agents are high priorities in her office. “Staying informed of programs for financing options, what the inventory has to offer, and how best to negotiate are all key pieces of the process. Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis announces developer of harbor station south

(Bayonne, NJ) – Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis today announced Kate Howard LTD as the developer of Harbor Station South in Bayonne.

Harbor South Bayonne Harbor Station South is the designation used for the southwest portion of the former Military Ocean Terminal (MOT) at Bayonne. “This is a major step in the right direction as we pursue full development of the MOT,” said Mayor Davis. Development of the MOT has topped the Davis administration’s agenda as one of its primary goals.

Ceremony Features Unveiling of New 67-by-80-Foot Mural Celebrating City’s Artistic Culture

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (June 25, 2015) —  Mayor Steven M. Fulop and other Jersey City officials today joined representatives of BLDG, Ares Management, L.P. and Urban Development Partners to celebrate the grand opening of The One with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The ribbon cutting marked the start of leasing at the new 36-story luxury residential tower in the heart of Jersey City’s burgeoning Powerhouse Arts District, as well as the unveiling of a 67-by-80-foot mural that reflects the city’s artistic culture and its connection with the surrounding architecture.

Developed by a joint-venture partnership of BLDG, Ares Management, L.P. and Urban Development Partners, The One offers a mix of 439 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

“This building has an artistic and unique design that will both add to the city’s growing skyline and contribute to the exciting Powerhouse Arts District,” said Mayor Fulop.  “We look forward to welcoming the new residents who will live here and call Jersey City home.”

Advance Realty, DeBartolo Development Form Joint Venture Partnership to Develop Centerpiece Mixed-Use Project in Hudson County Town

JV will create 1,000 luxury multifamily residences and 20,000 square feet  of retail space in town’s Riverbend District

 Harrison, NJ, (Nov. 12, 2014) – Advance Realty and DeBartolo Development, LLC, have formed a joint venture partnership to develop six buildings on three blocks within the Riverbend District of Harrison, N.J. The large-scale mixed-use project will serve as the centerpiece in the continued revitalization of the Hudson County town.

The first block to be developed, located at the corner of Cape May Street and Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard, is slated for vertical construction to begin in early 2015. The building will feature 286 luxury multifamily residences, an onsite parking deck and extensive indoor and outdoor amenities. When completed, the project will include 1,000 apartments and 20,000 square feet of premium retail space on the three blocks.

McGinley Square Tower Moving Forward, Expanding Jersey City’s Revitalization

The Jersey City Planning Board unanimously approved a 21-story tower planned for McGinley Square, directly south of the busy Journal Square neighborhood. The product of a joint venture between St. Peter’s University and Sora Development, the building will not only provide new housing options for the university, but is also expected to contribute greatly to the revitalization of the McGinley Square and Journal Square neighborhoods as the city’s redevelopment moves westward from the resurgent waterfront.
