Restaurant Row Doubles in Size as Jersey City Becomes Even More Business-Friendly

Mayor Jerramiah T. Healy and city planning officials announced today the expansion of the city’s Restaurant Row during a press conference at Madame Claude’s Café, a French restaurant now situated in the new Restaurant Overlay Zone.
